The latest tally is 29 seats to the People’s Partnership and 12 seats to the PNM. The People’s National Movement has officially lost the Election. The Political Leader Patrick Manning has conceded defeat to the People’s Partnership.

Drinking and partying should be the furthest thing form people’s thoughts at this time. This historic election which has turned the PNM kleptocracy out of office must be followed by a period of reflection, and a march of actions aimed at cleaning up the mess left behind. Also urgently needed is a concerted effort to introduce much needed reforms to the political system to prevent any future descent into such a dark age of corruption and mismanagement as that ushered in by the now discredited “project manager”. Indeed, what a shameful project, and what gross mismanagement!
There must also be a full reckoning in which those who robbed the people should face jail. Yes jail!
Sincere congrats to you team and yourself for a well run campaign a result that the people of Tdad must be very proud.
The people of Trinidad and Tobago have demonstrated what being ‘fed up’ means – change of a Government that failed to listen to the voice of the people. Change is always good because it leads us to place a value of what we want the outcome to be. In this case Kamla has shown good leadership and all the people should give her the support she needs in order to be successful. Likewise, Manning should step down from leadership of the PNM and allow a new face to form an effective opposition and or government in waiting. One thing for sure – Manning must go. Congratulations Kamla!

Well done Mrs Kamla, you have brought together a coalition that is capable of removing the PNM, who has taken for granted the people of sweet T&T. Please do not allow this to happen and do not let what happened to the NAR with the likes of the envious Panday and his hoons to destroy your party. The people of T&T have trusted you and stood by you and will stand by you if you have to remove any such appalling characters from your administration.
Wrest the crime from our country and the people will keep you in Power. Just do the right thing and the people will love you and support you for it. Never mind the mischief makers they are few and are easily dealt with.
